Drawback in Rural Development Schemes for poverty alleviation.  

                  Government of India has taken many rural development schemes for poverty alleviation in post freedom era . Among them MGNREGA,SGSY,NRLM etc are most interesting schemes as well as most beneficial.No other scheme like MGNREGA provided employment to a huge number of unskilled job seekers in its scale and capacity.A lot people in crores are benefited by this scheme. But the some sector of people want take the whole in a single bite.So its benefited has paused in to some extent.The scheme may provide all their basic need to the people.The officials who are responsible for implementation of the scheme , should be more aware about the basic guideline of the scheme. Because every point to point rules and regulations are not always available to the people.Wall writings ,banner & flex should be available at the public places regarding the guidelines of the MGNREGA. Because the scheme is for the people . So that the all basic intention of the scheme will be fulfilled.
