WE, the proud Indian have a good feel situation that Our democracy is the biggest in the UNIVERSE probably. Our Constitution was planned to keep the nation together from NAGALAND to KUCCH, KANYAKUMARIKA to KASHMIR , the one chant INDIA, INDIA..... The motive was to move forward , to deal with the poverty, It wanted to take care of democratic institutions. But considering the
present condition of democracy in India, the painstaking efforts of
Constitution makers seem worthless.
SO, many raises the question" If there is any real democracy in all respect ?"
The biggest right of every citizen in a certain age to cast his or her vote to choose the Players in the field of Legislative, Parliament or in Civic bodies of Rural and Urban. But the situation that it doesn't matter how many vote were cast. There are no system of recall. There are no possibilities. The Election System, This is the general characteristic of the Indian Election System . In some state the political parties like to attract the voters by their manifesto promises. The say that the TV, LapTops, ACs, BHK Flats after winning in the election. It is the question, where they will get the money ? And some other part of the states , The ruling parties believes just on their “Bahubolis”. The goons means the Outsides of their team will lead the way.Vote by cash. First of all every governmental organization should be under election commission of India before six month of the election.no Government perks and benefit should not be utilized. Model code of conduct should be followed from last one year. And every election would in a single date. The cased during the election should be followed in general criminal procedure. Collectors and SPs must be transferred . people awareness should be more systematic and people oriented. The Opponent will be not able to file nomination , because the Police along with the leaders will give a barricade before the nomination Hall. At the Voting time week they will be in full phase. The tension will be followed by the kidnapping, bombing, threatening. They will just threat the people with opponent mentality. After the EPIC and other I Cards will be snatched. After that all, the Para Military will come at the Polling station. And the people will vote, that is the dream. There are many types of rigging. The modern is scientific rigging. The Parties will follow the rule of the previous foot print. After all they will bit the drum of Democracy and the Election Commission will get the Credit of Free and fair election.We can achieve it. People should be more educate by the means of law, guidelines and regulations. Rathar than the economic stability it is very difficult to achieve. Rather the whistle blower will get the reward as the term "LWE" or they will be finished.
