"Maximum households dependent on begging in rural Bengal: Census " How to deal with ?

I was not shocked to see the Editorial Headline in The Hindu's yesterdays copy, as "Maximum households dependent on begging in rural Bengal: Census "

ONCE Bengal was supposed to be the Pathfinder for its other counterparts in the Country.But now those happy days had gone to the pages of the History. Now Bengal has to depend on others footprint for the development purpose. 

FRANKLY speaking these are very normal to people like us who live in the Rural area of Bengal. This is not of a single government or a single person. Many will blame some persons for the massacre. There are always some blame game in every corner of the society. Its a collective responsibility of the all stakeholders for this type of things. Abolish of English from the primary syllabus, Construction of Political System within the Educational Societies, Belief on rigging and Vandalism in every system, Suppress of every sound against the system, Erasing of the words like Transparency, Accountability, Moral Values from the Ethical dictionary of the Every system of the governments. 

DELIVERY mechanism of the governments mechanism is not transparent from past to present. Always the political color got the most priority whatever its situation or need is good or bad .It is also very important fact that the guideline belief on transparency and accountability. The role of the ground level should be more and more positive to their work and service. But that seemed to be that they are only accountable to their political bosses not to the taxpayers from whose ex-checkers their family get the Domino's Pizza and Inox Tickets from top to bottom.  

BUT it is not only the fault of the system, the stakeholders should come forward for their right . But always they belief on Begging. 

RATHER than begging part, their part will to be the Controller, The Word Beg will replaced by Right.

HOPE the situation will Change and the Headline in 2021 will "Rural Bengal is showing the path to the entire Country for the Social Sector Development "
