No one can snatch away your “Freedom of Speech”, but you have no right to speak nonsense

ONE of the most valuable and important right provided by Indian Constitution is “Freedom is Speech “

BUT as like every fundamental right its only present to very least portion of people practically. Those who know the if & buts of the law , used to use their right. But what about those Indian who have no basic education about the constitution! Nobody cares about that. Some students will say in a open forum publically in University controlled by Union or state  “ India Go Back””Bharat Ki Barbadi””Kashmir Ki Azadi””Pakistan Zindabad””Baatke Rahenge Hindustan” and many. Many scholars, educationalist  and media people that this is their basic right . But in a Union or State never gives its people any right to say like that. It’s very good that you love a foreign country like Pakistan . Its a good gesture. There are 194 others foreign country is in the perimeter of the Globe. You can Speak “Peru Jindabad””South Sudan Zindabad””Malala Zindabad” “Syria Jindabad””Israil Jindabad” . Pakistan don’t invented or done something very good for betterment of HDI.  They are in the lower position in the list. A Country openly supports the terrorism can’t be a any ones role model. Yes it’s a obligation of a citizen to abide by the rules and regulations of a country. Still you can speak “Pakistan Jindabad” But you can’t speak “India Murdabad” . You have to speak “India Jindabad” A University Campus was never been a  Free Reublic State within Union of India.

IN the other part people used to say many foolish things . Many people try to establish that India is a country of a particular religion. One of that leader commented yesterday that Mother Teresa’s behaviour was anti India. This is absolute nonsense. That type of leaders immediately should be punished. Mother Teresa was converted to Mother from Florence Nightangle . She was living god to the humanity. How dare that leader to speak rubbish like that. Mother got Noble Prize and awarded Bharat Ratna . Sometime I assume that that of loose talker are very foolish . So that they are in Politics. It’s their political vendetta before any state election of any other election. Sometime i even astonished to find that that leader belongs to the ruling party and he is a MP.

SO you have to maintain the fundamental duties to Union and to speak anything against any Icon of Our country should be treated as violation of fundamental duties. And action should be taken as per anti national law.
